CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations received in writing by January 9, 2014 are eligible for a 100% refund. Cancellations received in writing from January 10 to January 31 are eligible for a refund less a $150 administrative fee per person. Cancellations received from February 1 to February 21 are eligible for a 100% credit good for one year on RWRFC membership or the following year’s conference. Cancellations received after February 21 do not qualify for a refund. Registrations may be transferred at any time up to February 24, 2014. All speakers are subject to change.
