We have an exciting opportunity for an energetic, results-driven Regional Events Development Manager who is responsible for achieving fundraising and awareness goals within the South Central, U.S region. Typical responsibilities include:
• Maximize fundraising by identifying, cultivating and soliciting new relationships and participation including corporate sponsorships, teams, event activation committee volunteers and other event stakeholders
• Provide oversight for and implementation of multiple community events; serve as an organizational ambassador at each South Central, U.S regional event
• Ensure seamless organization, management and execution of event logistics and production
• Create, manage and steward individual event budgets
Ideal candidates will have:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or similar field
• A minimum of 4 years of professional experience in fundraising and/or sales, ideally in a non-profit environment
• Previous volunteer management experience desired
• Exceptional communication and relationship building skills
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a results-oriented culture of accountability
• Ability to travel up to 50% annually
