Mollye Rhea

For 20 years, Mollye Rhea, President of For Momentum, has conceptualized, developed and spearheaded programs for cause and partnership marketing to benefit non-profits and corporations at both national and local levels.

Prior to forming For Momentum, Mollye spent eight years with the Arthritis Foundation national headquarters, most recently serving as Group Vice President of Strategic Marketing Alliances. In this role, she led the organization through a paradigm shift toward greater integration and seamless delivery of key nationwide initiatives, and secured funding through the development and delivery of cause-marketing programs. Between 1991 and 1998, Mollye held leadership roles for Holiday Inn Worldwide (now InterContinental Hotels Group), overseeing marketing strategy for Holiday Inn hotels. Mollye implemented new product concepts for consumer and trade marketing programs, managing all phases of key marketing initiatives and securing co-marketing opportunities with national corporations to attract leisure and business travelers for 1500+ Holiday Inn hotels in North America. She also spent two years each as an Account Executive for McCann-Erickson, Atlanta, and a Senior Media Planner for Young and Rubicam, New York, NY, meeting the advertising and promotional needs for assigned clients.

In addition to working with For Momentum clients, Mollye spearheads the Non Profit Special Interest Group for the Atlanta Chapter of the American Marketing Association. Mollye also sits on the Steering Committee for the Buckhead Business Association’s Leadership Development Program and is a graduate of this association’s Leadership Development Class of 2001. In the past year, she has been a guest speaker for the Cause Marketing Forum, the Georgia Center for Non Profits, and IEG International Event Group.

Mollye is a graduate of the College of William and Mary, Williamsburg, VA.
