Tifani GeierDirector, Participant Acquisition
As Event 360's Senior Director of Participant Acquisition, Tifani Geier leads the company's largest division, which is home to five core departments (Donations, Communications, Field, National Sales & Services, and Volunteer Operations) and drives the revenue model for the Susan G. Komen 3-Day for the Cure series. Tifani joined Event 360 as a Volunteer Coordinator and quickly moved into Volunteer Operations and Recruitment Management. Prior to joining Event 360, Tifani was part of Pallotta Teamworks's 2002 touring team, and she spent two years as a corps member and team leader in AmeriCorps National Civilian Community Corps (A*NCCC), assisting local non-profit and state agencies throughout the Southeastern United States with special projects. She regularly volunteers with local non-profit organizations, has served as a Delegation Assistant for the Special Olympic World Games and has helped build 19 homes with Habitat for Humanity over the years. Tifani attended Boston University as an undergraduate in the College of Art & Sciences Honors Program and earned a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Business Administration in just three years.
A modern day nomad prior to joining Event 360, Tifani currently resides in San Diego, CA and enjoys exploring everything Southern California has to offer. She values the simple things and strives to live life to its fullest potential. Tifani loves spending time with friends and family and is passionate about food, music, art, dance and traveling.
